2 lbs chunked beef (pot roast or buy pre-cut)
1 can tomato sauce
1 stalk celery sliced
4 cups baby carrots
5 potatoes in small chunks
1 cup broth
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop celery into ¼ inch pieces across.

Cube potatoes into ¾ inch/bit sized pieces.

Beef can be chunked or you can place a whole roast in the crockpot and shred once cooked.

Add all ingredients to your crockpot. Add tomato sauce and broth last to put over the top of all other ingredients. Stir if not frozen.*

Cover and place on low for 8 hours.

Stir after the 8 hours and add additional salt and pepper as desired.

*If you are unable to add the potatoes at the start of the 8 hours, you can bake them separately and serve on the side or slice/chunk each baked potato and add it to the stew when serving.

*Meat and veggies can be taken straight from the freezer and placed in the crockpot with other ingredients. Be sure lid fits with everything in the crockpot if frozen in one large mass.
