1 loaf bread - cubed and left out overnight to get stale
cup Celery - chopped
cup Onion - chopped
1 - 2 tbsp Butter/Margarine
1 cup Broth or Water
1-2 cups Milk
1-2 Eggs
Salt and Pepper
Celery Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

In a small pan, put onions and celery together in butter (or omit butter and use broth). Add broth. Pour over bread. Mix 1 egg and 1 cup milk. Add seasonings (salt, pepper and celery seed). Pour over bread. Add more broth or egg and/or milk until bread is sopping. Bake for 40-60 minutes.
