1 lb ground beef
1 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
cup milk
1 egg
Chopped onion
Can of tomato sauce
3-4 large peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (only some of the tomato sauce).
Stuff peppers.
Cover with remaining sauce.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour covered. Uncovered additional 20-30 minutes.
