¼ c. lime juice
2 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. salt
Black pepper
1 can (8.25 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. chopped walnuts (toasted)
⅓ c. finely chopped onion

Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon. Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
