Ahi Tuna Filets 6 oz 4 ea
Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp.
Sesame Seeds 1/4 c
Sesame Oil 1/4 c

Sauce:
Mayo 1/4c
Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
Mayo 1/4 c
Wasabi Paste 2 Tbsp

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce and oyster sauce and brush both sides of tuna filets.
2. Dredge both sides with sesame seeds.
3 Heat sesame oil over high heat in sauté pan.
4. Sear 2 minutes per side for medium rare.

Sauces:
1. Combine soy sauce and mayo.
2. Combine wasabi and mayo. Keep the two separate.
3. Drizzle a little of both sauces on tuna filets and serve immediately.
