Ingredients:  
1/4 c. Chickpea flour
1/4 c. Water or nut milk
2 eggs
Spices like turmeric, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and milk together and let sit 15 min.
Beat in the eggs and add seasonings.
10 in cast iron skillet over med high heat with olive or coconut oil.
Pour in all of batter and cook for several minutes until nearly set.
Flip and let brown on other side.
Great with saute veg like greens and mushrooms, yogurt (with honey), and toasted nuts or seeds or dukkah
