1 lb Brussels Sprouts
2 slices bacon or pancetta chopped
1 shallot slice thin
Garlic olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 425
Baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Toss sprouts with ingredients and spread on sheet, sprouts down. Roast until cooked and carmelized.

I love to do this with roasted sweet potatoe sticks on sheet. On another sheet roast chicken pieces add BBQ sauce last few minutes
