Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Devils Food Cake Mix
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
½ cup Cocoa
1 pkg Chocolate Chips
2-3 drops Mint Flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Combine cake mix, eggs, water, cooking oil, and cocoa. It will be a sticky mess but make sure it is well blended. Let stand for 20 minutes, then shape into ½' balls. Place balls on a cookie sheet 2" apart and smash them down, flat. You can use a spoon to flatten them, but make sure you spray it with Pam beforehand. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool until they reach room temperature.

Heat chocolate chips in either the microwave or in a double boiler. When completely melted, add a couple of drops of mint flavoring. Be careful not to add too much! You can either spread the chocolate on the cookies or you can dip the cookies into the chocolate.
