2 T. Olive Oil
1 C. raw rice
2 - 3 T. Hot Sauce
1/4 t. black pepper
2 small chopped onion
1/4 green pepper
garlic salt (optional)
1 t. salt
1 C. tomatoes (I prefer Mexican stewed)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and bell pepper in olive oil until tender. Add rice and lightly brown all. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Add just enough water to cover mixture. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Do not stir. Remove lid, stir and allow to dry out.
