Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
½ cup Butter
2 Tbsp Corn Syrup
5 Eggs
1½ cups Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 loaf French Bread
Powdered Sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, mix and melt the brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup.

While the mixture melts, spray a 9"x13" baking dish with Pam. Slice a loaf of French Bread into ½" to ¾" slices. Pour butter/sugar mixture into bottom of pan. Arrange bread on top.

Mix together the eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over bread slices. Use it all, as excess liquid will be absorbed by the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To bake: uncover and bake 30 minutes at 350º. French Toast will be puffy - make sure it doesn't get too brown on top. Serve directly from baking dish. Top with powdered sugar.
