2 tsp. butter
2 eggs
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups grated yellow cheddar cheese
2 cups grated white cheddar cheese
1 cup diced ham
2 lb. bag tator tots, thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º
Grease a 9 x 9 dish with butter.
In bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
Add 1 cup of each of the cheeses and ham and tator tots. Mix thoroughly and carefully.
Pour into dish and sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes
