1 stick butter
6 tbsp. flour
5 cups milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
Worcestershire sauce
pepper to taste
16 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
24 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the flour, stir until smooth. Whisk in the milk. Return the saucepan tot the heat and cook until the consistency of thin cream, whisking constantly. Whisk in salt, dry mustard and about 6 drops of Worcestershire sauce. Season with pepper. Alternate layers of macaroni and cheese in a 9 x 13 or larger greased baking dish, starting with macaroni and ending with a generous layer of cheese. Pour the sauce over the top.
Bake at 400 º for 30 minutes.
