1c flour (I usually use whole wheat but any will work)
1 heaped Tlb dry mustard powder
1 Tlb salt
˝Tlb black pepper(or more)
1 Tlb dried dill (optional, I don't usually use it

Fish should be wet or dip it in egg beat into equal amout of water, then into flour mix and fry.
