Ingredients:
16 oz can Evaporated Milk
3 Tbsp. Butter
1 clove Garlic or Garlic Powder
Fresh Parsley
1 cup Shredded Roman or Parmesan Cheese
cup Mozzarella Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, add evaporated milk, butter, garlic, salt and pepper, and parsley. Bring to boil - stir frequently. Add cheeses and bring to boil again - constantly stirring so the cheese doesn't burn. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand. The sauce will thicken as it stands. Pour over pasta and serve. This makes enough to cover 1 lb of pasta.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
To reduce calories, you can substitute the heavy cream with evaporated milk. You may have to add a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
