1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp. lard or Crisco
1 cup sugar

Add:
2 eggs - well beaten
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder - rounded

Topping:
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
cinnamon
Directions:

Pour into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake at 350º until done.
