Ingredients:
Rack of ribs
Olive oil
Garlic salt
Rib rub (your favorite flavor)
Lemon pepper
20 full peppercorns
1 white onion, sliced

Directions:
Start with a large piece of foil, olive oil it, and sprinkle garlic salt on it. Baste the bottom of ribs with olive oil, garlic salt, any mixture of pepper you like (be generous). Place your favorite rib seasoning, and sliced onions in the foil and set the bottom of the ribs on the onions. Then repeat for the top of the ribs....oil, garlic salt, any pepper (black, lemon pepper, etc.). Coat all that with your favorite rib seasoning. Sprinkle about 20 full peppercorns over it all. Cover with onions. Close the foil and put on the bbq. Cook 2 hours at 300 heat (top rack if you have one).

You can open the foil at 1 hours to check on them. If too soft for you, then you can flash them with higher flame and the foil open for a few minutes to get the outside crispier.
