Cooking Apples
10 2/3 T. butter, softened
1 sugar
3/4 c. flour
cinnamon to taste
water or apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples and place them in a 9x13 in. class baking dish. Sprinkle desired amount of cinnamon on top of apples. Add a little water or apple juice to the apple slices. Rub sugar, flour, and butter together until it is crumbly. Bake until top is golden brown and apples are bubbly.
