º 1 - 2 limes (depends on how sour you prefer it)
º ½ oz. orange curaçao
º ¼ oz. simple syrup
º ¼ oz. orgeat syrup (almond syrup)
º 1 oz. dark (Jamaican) rum
º 1 oz. gold/amber rum
º Mint, orange, pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze out 1-2 limes over ice (crushed or shaved) and run lime wedge around the glass rim.
Add syrups, curaçao and rum. Shake well. Fill up with crushed or shaved ice.
Add mint (it's truly not the same without it) and leftover lime, plus cherry and pineapple on a stick!
