12 oz sausage (use mild Italian sausage for the kiddos)
6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Fresh ground pepper
1 16oz box farfelle
10 oz frozen green peas
1-2 cans Italian seasoned tomatoes

Directions:

Break sausage into small pieces and brown in non stick skillet. Remove sausage from pan. Add oil and onion, sauté until golden brown. Add sausage, garlic, crushed red pepper, pepper and tomatoes.

In the mean time, boil the pasta, and steam the peas.

Mix the pasta, peas and sausage mixture. Makes lots!

Aunt Michelle made this dinner when CJ and Avery were visiting for a week and CJ had three helpings! If you want to spice it up for the adults, sprinkle crushed red pepper on top (in your own bowl!).

Serve with applesauce.
