4 tsp Butter/Margarine
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pint Sour Cream
¼ cup Chopped Onions -or- Dehydrated Onions
½ cup Grated Cheese
2 cups Grated Cheese (to put on top)
1 bag Hash Browns or Cubed Potatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste

*For large batch use 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup and 1½ bags of Hash Browns or Cubed Potatoes

Directions:
In sauce pan melt butter/margarine. Add the onions and cook until tender then add soup, sour cream. Mix in cheese let melt then stir in potatoes. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Top with the 2 cups of grated cheese.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes

*When baking in foil pan put foil pan on top of a cookie sheet so when you pull it out of the oven you don't spill your funeral potatoes in oven and the floor.
