º 4 tsp. Garlic powder
º 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
º Salt and pepper to taste
º 4 sprigs rosemary
º 4 thick slices bacon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat and oil up barbecue grate.

2. Sprinkle 1 tsp. garlic powder on a chicken breast and season with salt and pepper and lay one rosemary sprigs on each chicken breast.

3. Wrap the bacon around the chicken to hold the rosemary on and secure the bacon with a toothpick or an additional thick rosemary stem.

4. Cook the chicken breasts until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. 8 minutes per side, 16 minutes total. The center should read at least 165º F on a meat thermometer. Stay near to deal with any flare ups from the bacon and remember to take out the toothpicks before eating.
