1 stick margarine
⅔ c. flour
salt and pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped fine
4 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
29 oz. frozen or fresh broccoli (2-3 stalks)
Cauliflower head (optional)
4 c. milk
8 oz Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, add onion and celery. Cook until transparent. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. In a large pan bring to a boil water and dissolved bouillon cubes. Add broccoli and cook until tender. Reduce heat to low and add first mixture. Stir well, while adding milk and cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted. Stir frequently.
