2 tablespoons corn oil
2 cups pecan halves
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Rosemary, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Put corn oil in a large fry pan and heat over medium heat. When oil is hot, add pecans and stir until they start to brown. Add butter and seasonings. Continue stirring constantly or the butter will burn. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer. Remove from fry pan and allow to drain on paper towels. Store in airtight container.
