1 pound hot Owens sausage
8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
2½ cups Pioneer Biscuit Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Have sausage and cheese at room temperature. Work biscuit mix by hand into sausage and cheese. Form into balls about size of golf balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400º for 10-15 minutes.

These can be frozen after baking. Then heat at 250º for 15 minutes.
