2 10 ounce squares semi sweet chocolate
⅓ cup butter
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup sugar
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate and butter and melt over low heat or in the microwave. Cool. Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and chocolate mixture. Blend well. Add flour and blend.

Use a tablespoon to drop batter on a hot waffle iron. Cook for 1½ minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar or frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
