1 lb. fresh yellow beans
3 c. water
½ tsp. salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pt. Half and Half
cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Fill kettle with yellow beans, and water to cover. Add salt and onion. Boil until tender. Add Half and Half. Make thickening out of cornstarch and water. Add to boiling soup cooking until thick.
