"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups milk or dark chocolate
2 cups white chocolate
1 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Some way to melt chocolate, in two different containers. I use bowls in the microwave because Iím paranoid about water getting in there.
2 Spoons
1 or 2 Spatulas
Wax or parchment paper
Cookie sheet with sides
Latex Gloves [optional]
Now itís just a matter of melting the chocolate in separate bowls in the microwave, stirring the peanut butter into one of the chocolates. Then pour one bowl of your chocolate onto one side of the cookie sheet, and one on the other. Grab your spatula and start swirling! If youíve never done it before it may take a couple tries to get it to look right, but youíll enjoy eating your practice.
