1 Soup bone
5 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
1 stalk celery, chopped
5-6 large carrots, diced
4 large potatoes
1 c. fresh or frozen peas
1 c. beans
1 c. ketchup
*can substitute or add vegetables of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Take soup bone and put in kettle with water, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Cook until done, and remove bone. Cook until boiling again (may have to add more water), add celery, carrots, potatoes, peas, and beans or other vegetables of choosing. Cook or simmer until done. Add ketchup and stir hour before serving.
