Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:

1 - 16oz can of pumpkin
4 eggs
4 cup of vegetable oil
2 cups granulated sugar

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream pumpkin, eggs, oil and sugar.

In separate bowl add all the dry ingredients and whisk until blended.

Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Grease and flour 12x18in jelly roll pan and spread mixture evenly into the pan.

Bake for 30 minutes.

When cooled, frost with cream cheese frosting.

1 - 8oz pkg of cream cheese.
3-4 stick of butter
1 Tbsp of heavy cream or milk
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
4 cups of powdered sugar
Directions:

Cream the cream cheese and the butter until smooth.
Mix in the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

Spread over cooled Pumpkin Bars
