2 eggs
1 T. sugar
¼ salt
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together all ingredients. Heat oil in a large skillet. Using a Rosette iron, dip the iron in the oil first to heat. Dip the iron in the batter and put in the hot oil. The batter should form the shape and fall off the iron. Fry until slightly brown around the edges. Flip and continue to brown the other side. Place on paper towels to drain. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
