¼ c. evaporated milk
½ tsp. vanilla
½ c. butter, softened
1½ c. flour
½ c. confectioners' sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ c. finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Add vanilla to milk and beat into butter. Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter. Cream well. Add nuts and mix thoroughly. Pinch off 1 tsp. of dough. Roll into 2½" long and shape into a half moon. Place onto uncreased baking sheet.

Bake 375º for 12 minutes. Once baked, roll at once in 6 T. confectioners sugar.
