2 (27 oz.) cans Libby's Jumbo-Can Sauerkraut
6 medium pork chops
1 T. butter
1 tsp. oil
1 large onion, sliced
12 fresh peppercorns
3 large apples, peeled, cored and quartered
2 (15 oz.) cans whole white potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350║. In skillet, brown both sides of pork chops in butter and oil. Set aside on separate plate. SautÚ onions in juice from pork chops until golden brown. Mix together sauerkraut, onions and peppercorns in casserole dish. Place pork chops and apples over sauerkraut mixture. Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes.
