1 pkg. legs (with skin)
1 pkgs. thighs (with skin)
1 medium onion, sliced
3 medim white potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 can peas, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400. Place all ingredients into large baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley. Toss with olive oil and mix until well-coated. Bake for 1 hour. Add can of peas. Stir to mix and bake for another 10 minutes.

All the grandkids love this and it's a good dish to make for a crowd (of grandkids).
