Cavatapi pasta cooked al dente' 1 qt
Grape tomatoes cut in halves 3 c
Fresh Mozzarella 2 c
Chiffonade of Fresh Basil 1 1/2 c
Kalamata Olives quartered 2 c
Shaved Parmesan 1/2 c
White Balsamic Dressing 1 c

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook 1 Lb. Cavatapi pasta in 1 gallon of boiling water for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and shock in cold water. Drain...allow to dry for 10 minutes before mixing.
2. Combine pasta, fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes, fresh basil, olives and toss with white balsamic dressing.
3. Top with fresh basil leaves, shaved parmesan and grape tomatoes.

This is one of the club favorites which is a knock off of the traditional Caprese salad with Kalamata olives and pasta. Great with a BBQ or deli spread.
