½ cup Cocoa
2 cups Flour
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup Water
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix together the sugar, cocoa, and flour. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes.
