Apple Wood Smoked Bacon 10 Slices
Brown Sugar 1/4 c

Boston Bib Lettuce Chopped 2 Heads
Maytag Blue Cheese 1 c
Balsamic Glaze 2 Tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Tbsp
Pears Sliced 1/8'' Thick 2 ea

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown bacon in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Brush generously with brown sugar and bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to drain over paper towels.
2. Cut brown sugar bacon into 1'' squares.
3. Chop lettuce and top with blue cheese crumbles, sliced pears and bacon.
4. Drizzle lightly with balsamic reduction and olive oil.
