12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
6 tbsp. corn syrup, dark
7 oz. rum
2 boxes of vanilla cookies
2 cups of chopped nuts
1 cup 10x confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips in double broiler and remove from heat, put in large bowl, add syrup and rum..
Crush vanilla wafer cookies in a blender.
Crush nuts in a blender.
Add cookies and nuts to liquid mixture, mix all together.
Let sit for 30 minutes.

Roll into balls about 1inch, roll in powdered sugar.

Put in container.

Got this recipe from one of the ladies who I worked with when I was an xray student. She worked in the film file room at Walson Army Hospital at Fort Dix.
