½ c. chopped nuts
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. cinnamon

Cake:
2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix together. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix well.

Grease and flour 10" tube pan (can be a bundt pan). Pour ½ of batter in pan. Sprinkle with ½ of the topping mix on top of the batter. Add remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining topping.

Bake at for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool for a few minutes. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.

I make this for company, take it to the beach, and make it anytime Justin is going to be around. Even though it's called a cake, it is usually served with breakfast.
