3 egg whites
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the 3 egg whites in a bowl and blend them until they turn white.
2. Only after they turn white, add the sugar and cream of tartar VERY GRADUALLY!!!
3. When the meringue is finally white and fluffy, then add the vanilla
