1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/8 tsp Paprika
Dash of Cayenne Paprika
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp Vinegar
2 cups Salad Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Hot Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Blend in egg yolks. Add vinegar and mix well. Add salad oil, small amounts at a time, beating well. Alternate last 1/2 cup oil with lemon juice. Beat in 1 Tbsp hot water to cut oil appearance. Makes about 2 cups.
