3 apples, grated

Pastry:
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 stick and 1 tbsp. butter
2 cups flour

Topping:
3 handfuls shredded coconut
3tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
1/2 to 3/4 sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º for 30 minutes.

Work together with hands until blended. Butter and flour a jelly roll pan. Spread pastry thin. Add fruit layer, then add topping and pat down lightly. Crumble by hand together until grainy.
