Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bag pretzels
½ box cheerios
1 box each, Kix, Rice Chex, and Wheat Chex
2 cups each unsalted peanuts and pecans

1 stick butter
¾ cup bacon grease
2 tablespoons each, Tabasco sauce, Worestershire sauce and smoked barbeque sauce
1½ tablespoons garlic powder
1½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat margarine and bacon grease. Add seasonings.

Mix cereals and nuts in large pan, bowl or trash bag. Pour small amount of sauce mixture (about 2 tablespoons) over cereal mixture. Mix well and continue adding seasoned sauce mixture to cereal and mixing well between additions of sauce. Use all sauce.

Put into large baking dishes and bake at 250º for 1 hour, uncovered. After thoroughly cool, store tightly covered for up to a month.

I place layers of paper on the table and then one layer of paper towels to turn out to cool. I have a vacuum sealer and put the snacks back in the cereal bags and reseal the bags. I find the snacks store much longer using this method.

You can also use corn and wheat Chex. I have also reduced the amount of pretzels and Cheerios and increased the other cereals. Just adjust it to your taste. You can also reduce or increase Tabasco according to taste.

For years, we have taken Texas Trash on road trips for a snack and we always have it during the holiday season.
