1/3 cup shortening (Crisco)
1 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour, baking powder and salt. Must resemble fine crumbs. Stir in milk. Turn onto floured surface and knead 10 times folding over each time. Roll to about 1 inch thick. Cut with floured cutter. Bake at 450º 10 - 12 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet when done baking.
