4 eggs separated
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 Tb butter melted
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. Beat egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and butter mixing until combined. Add flour and salt and milk. Fold in egg whites. Cook as directed. Pre heat Belgian waffle iron 2 minutes on each side. Spray pan generously. Add batter and cook 1 minute on hot side, flip, and cook 2 minutes on other side
