6 tbsp butter
4 large potatoes (about 2 lbs)
1 medium sliced onion
1 tsp seasoned pepper and salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 17 x 11 pan with cooking spray.
Add butter and melt. Cut unpeeled potatoes lengthwise and add to butter, season and toss gently to coat.
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and evenly brown.
