¾ lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 can cream of broccoli soup
¼ cup water
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups broccoli flowerets
hot cooked rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips. Put in skillet, over med-high heat in hot oil. Cook beef and garlic until beef is browned. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, add broccoli, reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over noodles or rice.
(Freeze beef for 1 hour to make slicing easier)
Barely 4 servings.
