1 pork tenderloin marinate overnight in the following:
cup soy sauce
cup sugar
cup oil
4 crushed garlic cloves
2 tsp. ground ginger
Cover and refrigerate overnight turning occasionally.

Peanut Sauce:
cup peanut butter, any variety
3 T. lemon juice
2 T. plus 2 tsp. sugar
2 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
2 crushed garlic cloves
cup water
tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grill tenderloin (better) or bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes per pound. Check at 20 minutes. Do not overcook. Can be slightly pink inside. Serve with peanut sauce and enjoy!!
