Two cups cooked chicken
3 cups dry spaghetti, broken into 2" pieces
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
¼ cup green pepper, diced
¼ cup onion, diced
1 jar (4 ounces) pimentos, diced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
⅛ to ¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Boil chicken and debone to make 2 cups. Cook spaghetti in leftover broth (may have add cans of broth to make 2 cups) until al dente. Do not overlook.
When cooked, combine with remaining ingredients reserving 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese. Place mixture in greased 9x13-inch casserole dish and then top with the 1 cup of cheese.
Cover and freeze up to 6 months or bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until bubbly. If the cheese on top starts to appear over cooked, cover with foil for remainder of cooking time.
