Ingredients:  
3 cucumbers
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and thinly sliced cucumbers and onion. Mix salt, vinegar, sugar and water together until sugar and salt are dissolved. Add cucumbers and onion. Refrigerate 1 - 1 1/2 hours before serving.
