3 whole chicken breasts
2 boxes frozen broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap chicken breasts in foil. Place in baking dish or pan and cook for approximately 1 hour at 325.
Set aside. When cooled, cut into small pieces.

Cook broccoli half-time. Lay broccoli in the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan. Spread chicken pieces over top of the broccoli.

Mix soups and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (uncovered).

Melt 2 t. butter and mix with plain bread crumbs. Pour over cooked casserole and bake for another 15 minutes.
